99% of business in Turkey is at SME status. In order for them to overcome the challenges and competition that they face due to economical and technological
changes, SMEs have a need to grow and institutionalize. Through providing them with external information resources and enhancing the learning competences in-house, this call to offer mentorship for SMEs is expected to be beneficial by helping SMEs with the competition and adapting to modernization.
