Applied Entrepreneurship Training by KOSGEB
KOSGEB is a prominent organization in supporting enterprises – especially SMEs – to sustain their businesses. To this aim, KOSGEB provides funds for businesses in Turkey. As a condition set by KOSGEB, entrepreneurs must participate in the “Applied Entrepreneurship Training” Program. The aim of this program is to promote an entrepreneurial mindset, support entrepreneurs in becoming familiar with “business plan” concepts and contribute to establishing more stable businesses.
This program consists of 4 modules as follows:
Module 1: Developing a Business Idea and Creativity Exercises
Module 2: The concept of a Business Plan and Its Aspects
Module 3: Workshops for a Better Understanding of Business Plan Aspects
Module 4: Writing and Presenting a Business Plan
