Intergenerational mentoring
Starting from a context of a growing, ageing population and an incipient school uncertainty, this document presents a pre-project of group prevention, aimed at older people and secondary school students and which has as its objective the bio-psycho-social promotion of both population groups through an intergenerational mentoring programme. In this way, the aim is to enable relationships and cooperation between people of different ages, cultures and social realities, aimed at favouring the exchange of knowledge, skills and values, while at the same time producing personal enrichment for both the person who contributes and the person who receives.
