INtergenerational Succession in SMEs’ Transition -INSIST Erasmus + Project

This is a training programme based on the key fundamentals of business succession (strategy, finance, legal, cultural and social aspects).
The mentoring module, included in the 4 modules of the INSIST project, aims to raise awareness among SME managers or future managers on the challenges of mentoring and the issues at stake in business transfer.
