Notion of mentor
This article provides a better understanding of what a mentor is, what his or her role is, and why he or she should be supported.
When a new entrepreneur embarks on a brand new project, they will spend a lot of time familiarising themselves with their new environment and therefore devote a lot of energy to structuring what they are undertaking. This may take longer depending on age and/or experience.
