Our Mentoring Experience: A Guide for CSOs Aiming to Provide Mentoring

Mentoring is used by Istanbul Bilgi University, Civil Society Studies Centre as a tool to strengthen the capacities of NGOs within the scope of Bilgi Social Incubation support programs. Topics covered in the mentorship program include: Project design, project writing and management, fundraising, collaboration strategy with volunteers, building development (purpose, goal, strategy), communication and visibility, and networking.
The centre published a handbook for mentors. “Our Mentoring Experience : A Guide for CSOs Aiming to Provide Mentoring” prepared by Istanbul Bilgi University Centre for Civil Society Studies within the scope of the project “Developing Capacity of CSOs and Civil Networks for Further Development of Freedom of Association and Right to Participation” which was financed by the European Union.
