SAVIA

SAVIA is a non-profit project led by the Endesa Foundation. The Foundation’s activity focuses on four areas of action: education, employment training, environment and culture. The project falls within the area of training for employment.

The Endesa Foundation seeks to promote a necessary cultural change among a group estimated at around 940,000 professionals over the age of 50 (source: EPA fourth quarter 2020) who have become prematurely unemployed. A cultural change that also offers solutions to the Spanish social and business fabric (SMEs, startups and NGOs) to which great professionals, endowed with talent and experience for their growth and development are brought.

Senior talent is currently a vital asset that Spain cannot do without. Therefore, the Endesa Foundation aims to provide effective solutions to optimise this talent and do so from two dimensions: the need for senior professionals to continue working and contributing to society and, on the other hand, the need that exists in the business world and, especially, in companies, SMEs, startups and NGOs to attract this talent.
