SECOT (Spanish Seniors for Technical Cooperation)
SECOT is an association that provides tools and resources for the development of small businesses, supporting senior entrepreneurs in their initiative to implement a business project.
SECOT’s mission is focused on maintaining and creating employment through the promotion of entrepreneurship, while offering seniors the opportunity to prolong their active life, so that their wealth of talent, knowledge and experience can be passed on to entrepreneurs, micro-enterprises and non-profit organisations. Thus, its vision is to be recognised as the independent, non-profit association leader and reference in Spain for senior volunteering business advice. Likewise, the values promoted are independence, voluntary work, social commitment, professionalism, loyalty, legality, ethics and transparency.
