Sponsorship or mentoring in France: a system to be promoted
In the Ile-de-France region, in 2018, nearly two thousand sponsors or mentors supported and accompanied young and not so young people in the construction and implementation of their professional project.
Sponsorship and mentoring in Ile-de-France is carried out by more than 80 organisations, located throughout the region (although a third is located in Paris). These structures are partly local missions but also other associative structures. Depending on their activity and the public they serve, these structures receive people by appointment, offer a connection via the Internet or simply welcome them on a visit.
