The Missing Entrepreneurs 2019 – Policies for inclusive entrepreneurship
The latest edition of the biennial OECD/EU reports, The Missing Entrepreneurs, highlights that seniors (50-64 years old) are the largest group of self-employed persons in the EU. This report equally examines how public policies at national, regional and local levels can support entrepreneurship, while offering policy recommendations aimed at guiding policy makers to effectively and efficiently address this challenging topic. Furthermore, the publication includes country profiles, which present recent trends and changes in entrepreneurship by women, youth, seniors and immigrants.
