Grandma’s Kitchen – Healthy Food, Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship
This intergenerational and community project of social entrepreneurship is structured around the promotion of traditional, locally-based Mediterranean food and gastronomy. It aims to recover local healthy food habits based on the knowledge and know-how of the senior population, linking it with younger audiences and current knowledge about nutrition. Grandma’s Kitchen – Healthy Food, Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship is a project supported by European funds through the Operational Program for Social Innovation and Employment (POISE).
