Transmission of Experience through Digitally Trained Senior Mentors to Mentees
The Transmission of Experience through Digitally Trained Senior Mentors to Mentees (TEaTIME) project is a research-driven project aimed at senior citizens who are regarded as digitally low-skilled but good at their current job and willing to transmit their professional knowledge to younger generations. The senior citizens (TEaTIME aim to see them after the project as “digitally trained senior mentors”) will participate in three tailor-made training modules namely; Mentorship, Conflict of Generations, and Digital Competence, which will enable them learn to communicate with the younger generation, to use digital devices easily, and to transmit their professional knowledge to young mentees.
The project addresses the following horizontal and sectoral priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme:
-Labour Market Issues
-Intercultural/Intergenerational Education and Lifelong Learning
